Your therapist will perform a thorough evaluation and review your condition and treatment goals. This session typically lasts about 60 minutes and helps create a personalized program to meet your recovery needs.
What’s the best type of clothing to wear for physical therapy?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as sweatpants or shorts, a T-shirt or tank top, and sneakers.
What Conditions Can Physical Therapy Help With?
Physical therapy can help with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, mobility issues, balance problems, and more. Your therapist will create a tailored treatment plan based on your specific needs.
How much time should I expect for each physical therapy session?
A typical session lasts between 45–60 minutes, depending on the type of treatment and exercises involved.
How Soon Can I Expect to See Results?
Results vary depending on your condition and treatment plan. Some patients experience improvement within a few sessions, while others may need several weeks to notice significant progress. Your therapist will monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
